Payment Terms & Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions outline how payments are processed, billed, and managed for services provided through TeenSide Life Coaching. By purchasing sessions, enrolling in programs, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to:

• Life coaching session packages

• Life Coach Certification Program enrollment

• Any additional products, services, or programs offered through TeenSide Life Coaching

 

2. Coaching Services (For Parents & Clients)

Session Packages & Pricing

TeenSide Life Coaching offers the following session options:

• 1 Session: $85

• 4 Sessions: $280 ($70 per session)

• 8 Sessions: $520 ($65 per session)

• 12 Sessions: $720 ($60 per session)

Sessions are:

• Approximately 50 minutes in length

• Conducted virtually, unless otherwise specified

• Purchased individually or in packages

• May be transferred to different life coaches

Session Usage

• All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase

• Unused sessions after this period expire and are forfeited

 

3. Payment Method

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase before scheduling sessions

• Payments are securely processed through a third-party provider

• By purchasing, you authorize TeenSide Life Coaching to charge the selected package price

• No payment plans or partial billing are offered unless explicitly stated

 

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be forfeited without refund

• Rescheduling is subject to coach availability

 

5. Refund Policy – Coaching Services

• All session packages are non-refundable once purchased

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions

• Expired or unused sessions will not be credited, refunded, or extended

 

6. Certification Program Refund Policy

• Enrollment fees are non-refundable once:

  • Access to course materials has been granted, or

  • The participant has attended any live portion of the program

 

7. Late Payments & Failed Charges

• If a payment fails or is declined, access to services may be suspended until payment is completed

• TeenSide Life Coaching reserves the right to cancel services after repeated failed payment attempts

8. Life Coach Payment Structure 

For certified coaches working with TeenSide Life Coaching:

• Coaches operate as independent contractors, not employees

• Coaches are compensated per completed session

• Typical compensation ranges from $40–$65 per session, based on experience and program structure

• Payments are issued via direct deposit on a recurring schedule (e.g., weekly or biweekly)

Coaches are responsible for:

• Managing their own availability and schedules

• Accurately tracking and reporting sessions

• Handling all applicable taxes and self-employment obligations

A full independent contractor agreement is provided separately upon certification.

9. Scheduling & Availability

• Coaches set their availability within platform guidelines

• Clients schedule sessions based on coach availability

• Consistent scheduling is recommended for best results, but not required

 

10. Non-Clinical Disclaimer

All services provided are:

• Coaching and psychoeducational in nature

• Not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment

TeenSide Life Coaching coaches:

• Do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

• May recommend referral to licensed professionals when appropriate

 

11. Modifications to Terms

TeenSide Life Coaching reserves the right to update these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
